AVOCADO DIP

Today I thought of sharing the Avocado Dip Recipe. Avocado itself tastes bland but when mixed with other core ingredients its the best possible dip that goes so well with nachos, tortillas, tacos, any kinda wrap, or add up some proteins like chicken, beef, pork, lamb or mutton and fish too to enhance the taste. Avocado is very very healthy and easy to deal with in the kitchen. You can twist it up add some chick peas and tahini with mashed avocado to make some awesome Hummus.

You can serve it as a dip or just a starter accompanied with nachos or deep fried protein strips.

What are needed??
Avocado – 1 or 2 ripe ones
Onion – 1 chopped
Green Chillies – 3/4 chopped
Coriander – 1 or 2 sprigs chopped
Tomato – 1 small chopped
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – To drizzle
Lemon juice – Freshly squeezed from 1 whole
Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Few months back I tried to make it.
What I did :-
🥑Opened the Avocado and discard the seed. Now scoop out the flesh of the Avocado and keep it in a blender. Blend it for 30 seconds only.
🥑Now pour it in a bowl and add the chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander, green chillies, salt and pepper. Mix them properly . Now add the lemon juice and mix them properly.
🥑Now drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and serve them in a bowl or in the shell of the Avocado, the way I used it and it looks good too.

You can add whole chickpeas into it to give a crunch, you can crush some peanuts and sprinkle on top of it, you can cut the Avocado flesh into small cubes and present in a semi mash texture too….so basically there’s a lot you can actually do with Avocado.

I absolutely love it mostly because its versatile. And the added sweet and hot and sour taste uplift the tastebuds.
Mostly its very very Healthy.
